Pittsburgh Inventory Surges but Homes Still Sell Fast

Active listings in Pittsburgh rose 10.6% year-over-year, outpacing the national 1.9% increase, signaling a more balanced market with more options for buyers. New listings grew 7.6%, while the median list price increased 1.9% to $259,900, remaining well below the national median of $430,000. About 18.8% of listings had price reductions, and homes sold faster with a median of 47 days on market, compared to 53 days nationally.
