Home for the Holidays in Downtown Washington (Nov 29)

Downtown Washington’s Home for the Holidays event brings together food vendors, live entertainment, and creative activities to celebrate community and togetherness. Families can enjoy carriage rides, kids’ crafts, and appearances from Santa Claus, while the Main Street shops stay open late for holiday shopping. The joyous atmosphere makes it the perfect grand finale for a month of local festivities.

Continue a holiday tradition with the Observer-Reporter and join the community for an evening of family and fun at the eighth annual Holiday Market.

Horse and carriage rides, food trucks, photos with Santa, an expanded kids’ area, and other upcoming surprises!

Festivities begin at the Community Pavilion in downtown Washington until the start of the parade. The pavilion will be transformed into a winter wonderland packed full of shopping, food, children’s activities and live holiday entertainment.

The 2025 Holiday Market is brought to you by the Observer-Reporter and Cricket Wireless.
