Luxury home prices are rising, with only five of the top 49 populous metros having typical luxury homes under $1 million, down from eight the previous year. The most affordable luxury markets include Detroit ($719,252), Cleveland ($833,228), and Pittsburgh ($904,202). The priciest markets are in California and Florida, led by San Francisco ($6.648 million), Anaheim ($5.276 million), and Miami ($4.855 million).
