This year, AARP Foundation Tax-Aide is again providing free tax assistance to anyone, free of charge, with a focus on taxpayers who are over 50 and have low to moderate income.
The Peters Township Public Library will serve as a location for tax appointments and scheduling this service. AARP volunteers will be offering limited appointments every Monday beginning February 6.

The library participates with the IRS to provide a limited number of Federal Tax forms for the convenience of the community. Forms will not be shipped until late January. As soon as tax forms/publications become available, they will be placed in the Tax Distribution Area on the library’s first floor.
