Hello! I’m Barb Gallo, owner of Designer Consignor of Peters Township and Designer Consignor at Tanger Outlets. The passion for resale began at a very young age for me. When I was 15 years old, I landed my first job in a local resale shop and the passion for consignment was born. I worked most of my career in the Accounting Department for the Pittsburgh Penguins but always stayed involved in the resale industry through consignment events and online selling. In early 2016, the opportunity presented itself to open Designer Consignor of Peters Township. With the help of my husband and 3 children, we opened our doors on March 1, 2016, and expanded with a separate furniture gallery in June 2018. Wanting to do more than just survive the Covid-19 pandemic, we opened our second location in Tanger Outlets in April 2021. I am thrilled to serve the consignment needs of our community. By far, the best part of this business is building relationships with all of you, our consignors, customers, and staff. I hope to see you at one of the shops in person soon! Have a wonderful day!
